never by you.
When a deal closes, the lender pays Emet a flat referral fee — the same 2.5–3.5% on every lender, so we have no reason to steer you toward one. It means we have one job: bring you an offer good enough that you say yes. We don’t earn a cent if you walk — so we don’t push products that make you walk.

Emet earns the same flat referral fee on every product — that’s deliberate: a fee that never changes gives us no reason to steer you. The lender’s published rate (see all six ranges on funding options) is separate. The column that matters most is the last one — what reaches you as a bill from Emet.
